Yes — by design. You never touch the software we use to build the system. After go-live, your experience is: you see leads coming into a simple pipeline view, you get a monthly report, and you show up for viewings. The most technical thing you'll do is tap a link on your phone. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this system.

Most agents who come to us aren't using a proper CRM at all — just email, WhatsApp, and memory. If you are using something else, you can run both in parallel initially, or we migrate your contacts into the new system. The key is that your new system will do things your current one almost certainly can't — specifically, automated follow-up that fires without you doing anything.

Yes. Property24 and Private Property both send email notifications when a lead enquires on a listing. No — if we've done our job right. During onboarding, we ask how you communicate naturally: formal or conversational, what you typically say in a first response, and what matters to your clients. We write your sequences to match your voice. They include the lead's name, the specific listing they enquired about, and your name and agency. Every message looks like you wrote it personally.

Your data is yours. If you cancel, you have 30 days to request a full export of all your leads, contacts, and pipeline history. We export it in a standard format you can import into any other system. After 30 days, the subaccount is closed. We don't hold your data hostage — you built that contact list and it belongs to you.
